by | 2 comments

!THANKSGIVING2015

We are blessed. Blessed to be coaches, and blessed to be partnering with the God of the universe as He grows His kingdom reign in this world.

I’m thrilled that once again a number of Christian coaches have offered to join me in publicly thanking God on Thanksgiving Day.

I hope you’ll enjoy reading these as much as I have. And if you didn’t get a chance to add your gratitude to the post, please add it in the comment section below. We’d love to hear from you.

Let’s rejoice! We serve a gracious God.

!Vicki-CorringtonI continue to be grateful that God is at work bringing out the best in me as I facilitate a creative insightful process to bring out the best in others. We get to learn and grow together!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMy heart is thankful for the Lord, Who has woven my life story in ways that led to my becoming a Christian Life Coach. I love to work with others, sharing the truth that they each have a unique God-design that He is eager for them to discover. One of my favorite niches is coaching individuals in transition and moving others from ‘stuck’ to living life forward. Working with the Lord, I believe it gives us both such pleasure to see ones come alive or awakened to new possibilities and potential He has placed within them. I’m full of gratitude for the entwining of His story with our life stories; it’s so rich and rewarding.

!Linda-WilliamsOne reason I am thankful for my calling to become a life coach is the opportunity God gives me to walk with frustrated married women who are motivated to single-handedly restore joy and harmony their life and family. It’s a delight to journey with them as they embrace change, envision the future, and enhance their God-given roles as women, wives and moms. So rewarding and life changing!

!Rayna-NeisesI am thankful God has called me to be a life coach because it has allowed me to point others to the love of God as I walk along side of them during difficult times in their life. Living out 2 Cor 1:3-4 in a way I never knew possible. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. ”

!Trish-DervinThere are many reasons I am thankful that God called me to be a Christian coach. Mostly, I am blessed to be the difference in people’s lives that helps them blossom, discovering who they are, who they can be, and gain the confidence to make it happen!

!kristie-farnworthI am thankful and humbled that God chose me to be His partner in helping women suffering with auto-immune disorders, providing me the opportunity to walk alongside them on their healing journey. As I share my own personal story with them, I am able to teach them the tools that helped me, as well as be a source of hope and encouragement to them. I love being able to do that!

katieI’m thankful I was enlightened about coaching, because I find it was a heartfelt desire all along. I no longer feel as though I’m prevented from helping people by a flawed healthcare system. I’m grateful that all of those experiences give me the knowledge and the courage to help Family Caregivers, when they feel as though no one understands their needs and need both help AND hope!

Today, I am overflowing with gratitude as I think about how blessed I am. I have a gracious, generous God who loves me so much that he gave up his son Jesus to take my sin. I have a passion and a mission from Him to serve him in this fallen world, and the journey towards clarification of that mission is exciting even if it is not happening on my timetable but on His. Coaching is certainly part of that mission and I am grateful to be even more involved with this great community of Christian coaches as I persevere in my (lengthy) transition. I am with loving family and we are celebrating the blessings of food, family, festivity, and fun. I am richly blessed and highly favored!
