My mission is to help coaches succeed in business so they can live intentional, joy-filled lives and help others do the same.
But for coaching to make a difference, our businesses must succeed.
What I Didn’t Know
Unfortunately, I didn’t know anything about that business building part when I first began. Prior to coaching, I was a Professional Counselor employed by a local hospital. That meant I had absolutely no experience in building an effective and profitable coaching practice.
It’s a Miracle I Survived
I’ll be honest with you. It’s a miracle I survived. Why? Because I began building my coaching practice with the almost fatal assumption that I could save time and money by doing it on my own.
The original DIY coach business-builder, I got up early, worked late, absorbed all the Internet “wisdom,” and imitated the techniques of other seemingly successful coaches. In the process, I burned through thousands of dollars, wasted years of potential service, and almost quit.
It shouldn’t have been that hard!
Why Most Coaches Don’t Succeed
Thankfully, during that process I discovered that I loved marketing and business building almost as much as I love coaching. But most coaches don’t, and I get that.
But unfortunately, that also means most coaches don’t succeed.
Face it, coaches can have the best skills in the world but unless they can get clear, get confident, and get clients, coaching can’t make the difference it was intended to make.
My goal became to uncover and simplify the solid business-building principles buried under the mountain of information, and now I specialize in helping Christian coaches (although I work with people from all faith traditions) apply those principles so they can shortcut their path to success.
My forever goal is to simplify, simplify, simplify. To break complex processes into logical and doable steps, and to provide coaches with a reproducible system so they can spend more time doing what they love to do – coach.
Increase Influence. Impact. Income.
You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, because I’ve created the system I wish I’d had when I first began. As your coach, I’ll help you customize this system to fit your strengths, your personality, and your circumstances.
You really can increase your influence, impact, and income.

On a Personal Note
I am happily married to my husband Ron, have two married children, two grand daughters and two grand dogs.
I currently live in Winter Haven, FL where I cherish time with family and friends. While the bright Florida skies daily energize me, I secretly dream of owning a cabin in the mountains one day.
People who know me say that I am both a gifted listener and communicator. Drawing out people’s deepest dreams and helping that dream become a reality is one of my greatest delights.
