This Isn’t One More Thing
You have a life God has given you to live. Work that matters. People you love. Responsibilities to carry. Opportunities to serve.
And somewhere in the midst of all that good, meaningful life, it can be surprisingly easy to lose touch with the One you’re doing it all with.
Most of us don’t need more information. We don’t need another list of practices to master or another commitment squeezed into an already-full calendar.
We need a place to return. A regular rhythm that helps us slow down, listen to God, and notice how He is inviting us to live and work in this season.
That’s what Pace of Grace is designed to be.
You won’t leave with a longer to-do list. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of God’s presence, His provision, and your next faithful step.

A Simple Picture
Here’s a simple picture that’s stayed with me for years. It points to a different way of living and serving: receiving from God first, so we have something to pour out.
No one was made to keep pouring out without being filled back up. Pace of Grace creates space to let God do the filling, so what spills over can bless the people we live, work, and serve alongside.

Why We Get Tired
A Different Way to Live and Work

Why This Exists
For years, I built a business I loved, helping Christian entrepreneurs integrate their faith and their work. I was grateful for the work God had given me and fully expected to keep doing it.
Then, unexpectedly, God said stop.
Everything.
Embarrassingly, it took me nine months of ignoring and arguing with God before I fully surrendered. Laying down what I’d spent 20 years building seemed like a crazy thing to do.
At the same time, I kept hearing clients and colleagues say things like, “I know I should be focusing on my work right now, but honestly, I’m just so tired. Anxious. Burned out. I’m empty, but everyone still needs me. Where do I go for help?”
I began to see more clearly how much attention we were giving to the visible tip of the iceberg while the deeper condition of our souls was going largely unattended.
Pace of Grace grew out of a desire to make room for that deeper work.

What Members Are Saying
Hear God’s priorities more clearly
“Pace of Grace has helped me hear God’s priorities more clearly and know how to steward my time. I have more peace about what to move forward with and what to leave alone.
I don’t feel like I’m guessing anymore.”
Connie
Find a safe place to receive
“I’ve always created safe spaces for other people, but I was looking for a safe space for me. Pace of Grace facilitates us hearing from God. It’s a place where I can come, be loved, and receive, even when I don’t have the capacity to speak. From the first gathering, I thought, ‘This is it. I’m home.’”
Angela
Settle into a gentler rhythm with Jesus
“Pace of Grace is holy ground. Everything else can feel like rushing, striving, and setting the next goal. This is a time to settle in with Jesus and with other people who love Him. It has given me the rhythm I needed in this season of my life.”
Jan
Participate in the way your season allows
“I haven’t felt pressured to show up in any particular way. Mostly, I listen, reflect, journal, and soak in the goodness of the community. Pace of Grace has become a sacred space to slow down, reconnect with God, and trust where He is leading me.”

Come Find Your Pace of Grace
When I face more than I know how to carry, I return to a simple prayer:
I can’t. He can. I think I’ll ask Him.
That simple prayer captures the heart of Pace of Grace: making room to receive from God and trusting Him to show us the next faithful step.
If you’re longing for a quieter, more attentive way to live and serve, we’d be honored to welcome you.

What do you believe? [Statement of Faith]
- We affirm the existence of one God, as declared in Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 42:8, and James 2:19, who reveals Himself in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit, in accordance with Matthew 28:19 and 2 Corinthians 13:14.
- We believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ, His miraculous virgin birth, sinless humanity, His sacrificial death on our behalf, the atonement through His precious blood, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension into heaven.
- We hold the entire Bible as God’s infallible, timeless revelation to humanity, serving as our ultimate source of truth and guidance.
- Our faith is firmly grounded in the doctrine of salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone.
- We acknowledge the one true Church, the body of Christ, which includes all believers in Him.
- We anticipate the resurrection of the body, with eternal glory awaiting believers in the new heaven and new earth, as foretold in Isaiah 65:17, 66:22, 2 Peter 3:13, and Revelation 21:1. Conversely, we believe in the reality of everlasting punishment for those who reject faith in Christ.
- We emphasize the importance of obeying our Lord’s command to share the message of Christ with people of all nations and guide them in becoming more Christ-like.
- We eagerly await the personal return of Christ to establish His Kingdom on earth.
- We affirm the indwelling and empowering work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers, serving as a seal and a pledge of our inheritance in Christ Jesus.
- We uphold the biblical view of God’s creation of man and woman and recognize marriage as a sacred union between a man and a woman.
